Triple Torch Oxyfuel Straight Line Bevel Unit for TMC4500 and Titan
The Triple Torch Oxyfuel Straight Line Bevel Unit provides weld preparation edges and plate squaring in a single pass. Cutting a “V”, “Y” or “K” cross section in one pass, the manually adjusted Triple Torch Oxyfuel Unit is designed to make a bevel cut in the longitudinal (X) axis.
It can also be used to bevel cut the ends of the plate (+/- Y) by rotating the unit +/-) 90°. The unit is counter balanced by a caster wheel. Single, double, and triple portal flame planers are used with the beveler, allowing for a variety of bevel angles and weldment edges to be cut. Available on the TMC4500 and the Titan II.
